Hi everybody!

This is where we write about ourselves. We met at an animal rights meeting in Corvallis Oregon. Anthony was smart enough to bring scooter (black dog, bottom corner of the picture) along. Lourdes instantly became interested in scooter, and was willing to let Anthony tag along for the ride.

So here we are. Anthony has the hobbies of 15 year old boy, Lourdes is all smart and stuff, and scooter hates everyone but us, and will most likely bite you given the opportunity– and that's why we like him.

We had an idea to a do a cookbook, and here it is. So yeah, there you have it...
